Viewing Distribution Reports

Distribution Reports provide detailed reporting on email distributions and Social-Only distributions, including all aspects of the distribution and subscriber behavior on it. The main page of the report is the Real Time Activity page, which gives an up-to-date summary of all the reporting for a distribution. Different report details can be viewed, such as the Opened Detail or the Click Through Performance to see more detailed reporting on a particular behavior, like which subscribers opened the email and when, and which links were clicked and by whom, etc. The Real Time Activity can be filtered by time, to see what the results were at a particular time period after the distribution was sent.

The details can also be filtered with Report Filters to view the results of only a portion of subscribers targeted by the filter. Instructions for creating and using Report Filters can be found here.

The links in a distribution can be changed, or extra tracking like Google Analytics tracking can be added or removed from links, after the distribution is sent, using the Manage Links detail. Instructions for changing links with Manage Links can be found here.
